What is your service area?

We service the greater Chicagoland area in addition to destination weddings.

Do you offer photography services as well?

Not at the moment, but we will in the future!

Do you contact my photographer before the wedding to help in working together?

Yes, if you provide us with their contact information, we will always contact them ahead of time.

Do you have a backup videographer for the day if you can't make it for some reason?

Yes! We are happy to say that we’ve never missed a wedding before but we do have backup plans in place for every wedding. This is written into the contract as well, do you can rest assured.

Do you have backup equipment?

Yes! We always shoot with multiple cameras, audio recorders etc.

Do you shoot in 4k?

Yes, we shoot and deliver all content in 4k (resolution: 3840 by 2160).

What is the turnaround time on the completed video?

The turnaround time can differ by contract, but our usual turnaround time is 4 weeks.

Do you provide any drone coverage?

Yes, More Done is able to offer drone coverage as long as weather and local laws permit it. In fact, our drone coverage comes as standard with all packages above Basic.

Is there a deposit required?

We do require a deposit and it will differ by the date your booking and total cost of the package.
